My Six Layer Dream Birthday Cake

I saw a cake like this in a restaurant in Santa Monica and it was always in my mind to recreate it. It occurred to me that my birthday was the perfect occasion. So, I made my own birthday cake this year and was able to bring the vision of that memory to reality. It was really good too!
