Pear Walnut Ciambellone

A Pear Walnut Ciambellone. One of my favorite cake combinations. Sweet and spicy Bosc pears are my preference for baking. Toasted walnuts add an element of warmth to the cake. This was created from watching a baker in Italy put 'a little bit of this' and 'a little bit of that' so I still have to get this one in writing.
